A licensed broker in both Florida and Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Sofia has spent more than 25 years personally buying, selling, renovating, and investing in real estate. Her experience extends beyond traditional brokerage to luxury renovations, tax deeds and certificates, architectural plans, surveys, permitting, and residential and marine construction. Most recently, she completed an extensive renovation of her own 3,025-square-foot Intracoastal Condominium on Jupiter Island, giving her an owner’s perspective on the complexities of high-end waterfront property.
Sofia’s connection to the Jupiter area is equally personal. A resident of Jupiter Inlet Colony for more than a decade, she serves as President of the JIB Yacht Club & Marina, where she also owns a boat slip and is overseeing a 605-linear-foot seawall replacement. Her relationships within this close-knit community and understanding of its homes, waterways, marina infrastructure, and ownership opportunities provide clients with a level of local insight that extends well beyond market data.
