Abacoa Golf Club is one of the finest public golf courses in South Florida. It was the last course designed by renowned course architect Joe Lee before his death. This par 3 course located near the ocean on Jupiter’s natural estuary is a tropical version of the short course at Augusta, and is based on being simple, scenic, and relaxed. Whether you are a new golfer, junior, or someone just wanting to work on the short game, Jupiter Dunes is Florida’s finest short course. The Tom Fazio designed course was opened in 1974 and went under a re-design in 2005 meaning that it is modern but still has that old school feel. Lessons are available from PGA Professional Bill Kriews, and Jupiter Dunes also offers a summer golf camp for children ages 6-14. The camp runs for three weeks in June and three weeks in July.

Built in the late 1960’s, Jupiter Hills was the brainchild of an unlikely trio. Comedian Bob Hope, golf course architect George Fazio, and Motor industrialist William Ford felt that southeast Florida should have an exclusive, private golf club, and just like that, Jupiter Hills was born.
The Fazio designed course is a par 72, but can be stretched all the way to 7,344 yards, making it a tough test. The course is situated on some of the highest ground in Florida, and elevation changes are the most outstanding characteristic.
