Toll Brothers has construction underway for one of their newest communities in North Palm Beach, Frenchman's Harbor.  At each home site there will be Intracoastal Waterway access and a deepwater boat dock.

Frenchman's Harbor will have access to the Atlantic Ocean via the channel which is currently under construction.  The Frenchman's Harbor Channel will be 10 feet deep and 3,000 feet long.  Completion of the channel is expected by late spring and will be lined with home sites and will have two new bridges for pedestrians and vehicles.

This brand new neighborhood will have a total of 78 homes site - 30 of these Frenchman's Harbor Site Planhome sites will be luxurious carriage-style residences while the other 48 will be grand single family homes.  Residences of this community will be minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean either by car or boat.

Three collections will be offered in this Toll Brothers' community; the Coastal, the Admirals and Harbour collections.

The Harbour Carriage Collection will offer single story living on 70-foot-wide home sites, while the Admirals Collection will be built on 100-foot-wide, oversized lots in either single story and two story.

With prices ranging from $600,000 to over $3 million, Frenchman's Harbor will feature a community swimming pool, gated entrance and park space.
