The most anticipated time of year has come in southern Florida, sea turtle season. The turtles have come to lay their eggs and now the eggs are hatching. “The Biologist Beach Walk program is a unique opportunity for Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) in Juno Beach, educators to give the public insight into LMC’s research and conservation efforts.”

Attendees of the walks will get to learn about the different species of sea turtles, how they migrate, interact and nest on our beaches. The experienced biologists leading the tour teach guests inside tricks on how to spot nests will also teach guests and hatchlings where they will often get to see hatchlings. Beach Walks are offered every Wednesday and Sunday through August and registration is online only. Register now at www.marinelife.org/beachwalk.
