BLIND CHEFS CULINARY COOK-OFF in PALM BEACH GARDENS

Serving it up unseeingly for the Beyond Blind Institute at Brio Tuscan Grille, within The Gardens Mall located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The unique non-profit organization is completely dedicated to the empowerment of visually impaired to those that are seeking the opportunities in today’s society.

The Beyond Blind Institute is also highly involved in teaching culinary programs to the members on how to prepare nutritional meals to maintain a healthy lifestyle, among several other health, wellness and educational activities.

Get astonished on August 30, by the epic performance of eight blind chefs competing in a culinary cook-off. The members will sharpen their talents prior to the cook-off competition that will be performed on at Brio Tuscan Grille within The Gardens Mall.

The eight chefs were selected by Beyond Blind Institute Culinary Director and divided them into four teams. The teams will then be challenged to create a BRIO entrée, pressure is on because their meal preparations will be created and presented in front of a live audience. The entrees will then be auctioned off by an auctioneer and winning bidders will receive two entrees and champagne. The non-winning bidders will still have the chance to participate in the silent auction and enjoy a glass of wine including appetizers offered by BRIO.

The proceeds gained from this fun culinary event will benefit the Beyond Blind Institute!
