Christmas Buffet at PGA

Celebrate Christmas with PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. Enjoy the morning around the tree, opening presents, and sipping hot drinks, then head over to the resort for a grand buffet with homemade dishes, traditional desserts, and seasonal flair. The food will be prepared by the executive chef and the menu follows: 

Fresh Beginnings

Winter Squash Soup - Gruyere croutons

Baby Kale & Pomegranate - mandarin orange, toasted pecans, poppy seed dressing

Crisp Romaine - black truffle pecorino, creamy roasted garlic dressing, focaccia crouton

Curried Ancient Grains - golden raisins, toasted almonds, honey citrus dressing

Cranberry, Apple & Pecan Wild Rice Salad - apple cider vinaigrette

Charcuterie & Artisan Cheese Board - honeycomb, dates, candied nuts, plum chutney, crostini 

From The Sea

Old Bay Poached Shrimp - creole cocktail sauce

Alaskan King Crab Legs - Meyer lemons, mustard sauce

Middle Neck Clams on the Half Shell - cucumber mignonette sauce, spicy calypso sauce

Hickory Smoked Leg of Lamb - plum chutney

Virginia Bone-In Ham - pineapple rum glaze, granny smith apple butter, stone ground mustard

Herb Roasted Prime Rib - horseradish cream, au jus, tobacco onions

Butter Basted Tom Turkey - natural gravy, orange-cranberry relish

Baked Fresh Cobia - Ritz cracker gremolata crumbs, fennel, white wine and saffron sauce

Fire Roasted Cornish Hens - sweet potato mash with bruleed marshmallow

Risotto Prepared with Your Choice of Fixings: Baby Shrimp, Grilled Chicken, Wild Mushrooms, Arugula and Lemon, Pesto, Parmesan, Blue Cheese
