Jupiter residents know this is the perfect opportunity for some home bound fun.  Connect with the members of your household with basic fun you can do at home with the kids.

Hire one of your “tweens” as a helper.  If you are working remotely at home, consider hire one of your” tweens” as a mother’s helper. School’s out for everyone, so hire your own” tween” to help entertain and help oversee the little ones or help with an elder in the home.  It is something for everyone!

Sustain a schedule.  Children, especially those facing age-related disabilities may find schedule changes and unstructured time anxiety-provoking. Create a schedule that includes wake-up and bedtimes, meals, outdoor play, and learning and free.

Try an online practice program. Regardless of your child’s academic or physical limits, there is an online exercise program that meets their individual needs. Check out the various YouTube video workouts from Spark Kids Exercise, or even kids’ yoga from Gaia.

Put them to Work.  Let them think it is a water play day with bubbles! Get those mini’s washing the cars and dogs…the wetter and bubblier the better! Make something that would be a chore a fun, family activity!
