To find your healthiest fruits and vegetables head out to your local green market! Additionally, eating locally sourced fruits and vegetables helps your home-town farmers. The produce section of your average grocery store allows you to find familiar fruits and vegetables often unchanging, despite turning seasons and changing weather. Though eating this way is convenient, many argue that it is not ideal for our bodies or the environment. Produce as it naturally grows by season not only provides more nutrients and promotes health, but also allows for healthier crop rotation.

The GreenMarket in Palm Beach Gardens provides fresh, locally-grown produce to the community and encourages the promotion of the agricultural industry. The market is intended to be a combination of a “green” shopping opportunity and a cultural event. It provides an informal, social gathering place in an open-air setting which promotes a sense of community and stimulates interaction among neighbors in the Northern Palm Beach County area.

Starting Sunday May 8, 2016 the Palm Beach Gardens GreenMarket will get a little cooler when it moves undercover at STORE Self Storage and Wine Storage for the summer. Shop for fresh produce, breads, seafood, cheeses, sauces, honey and handmade crafts under the large breezeway.
