Copacabana Cuban and Caribbean cuisine, 1209 Main Street, Suite 101, is a unique blend of authentic taste of glorious Cuba in Jupiter.  Located in the Town Center, Copacabana, is a throwback reminder of Cuba in its glory days.  Step back into the 1950’s in a tropical setting with an abundance of photographic memories of Cuba when it was a high society island destination.

The owner, Gustavo, was raised and educated in Varadero, Cuba. Years of experience as Manager of food and beverage departments of several five-star hotels such as Melia, Sol Riu and Intercontinental Hotel, inspired him to achieve the “American Dream”.  His dream was always to own his restaurant in the "free country". His American dream became a reality in 2007 when he opened his first restaurant Casa Cuba in Miami.

Together, with his wife, they decided to create a distinct cultural restaurant combining exceptional international cuisine and entertainment where all nationalities could experience a taste of Cuba and the Caribbean. Enjoy live music and dancing each Friday and Saturday evening.  Enjoy the taste and magic of Copacabana Cuban cuisine with favorites such as:

Media Noche - a hot pressed succulent sweet bread, stacked with ham, pork, swiss cheese.

Chicharrones de Pollo - consisting of all white meat chicken chunks seasoned and marinated in Cabana’s signature mojo sauce, lightly breaded then deep fried to perfection and topped with fresh sautéed onions.

Papa Rellena - fried potato puree filled with seasoned ground beef.

Sopa de Frijoles Negros - black beans slowly simmered and seasoned with fresh ground garlic, onions, peppers and olive oil.

Filete de Pargo con Camarones al Ajillo - snapper fillet with shrimp in garlic sauce.

Zarzuela de Mariscos Seafood Stew - lobster, shrimp, fish fillet, scallops, mussels and clams.
