Living in South Florida is an ultimate destination during the holiday season for friends and family. Therefore, what to do with the “little ones” becomes a question that stumps even the most seasoned host or hostess. Our Jupiter and Singer Island area beaches are gorgeous, Wellington offers polo and equine activities, and the Loxahatchee River has some of the best water activities and fishing in South Florida. But, what if the little ones are looking for more? Time to think outside of the box!
Dreamworks’ and Gaylord Palms, Kissimmee/Orlando, along with the Coca-Cola Company have collaborated to present an exciting Christmas celebration open daily until January 1, 2013. “ICE!” is a winter wonderland of hand carved ice sculptures. Featuring two-story tall ice slides carved from two million pounds of ice paying tribute to DreamWorks’ “MERRY MADAGASCAR”. Essentially, relive the story of how Alex the Lion and his friends helped save Christmas after Santa and his reindeer crashed into Madagascar.
