Former Al Capone Hideout in Jupiter Gets a Site Plan

A new site plan has been released for the upcoming new development, Reynold’s Ranch, in Jupiter. By the looks of the new rendering, there will be 30 lots, all spanning anywhere from 1.28 acres to 1.88 acres. The majority of homes will sit on a beautiful lake, and one of the major benefits of the community is that private horse trails meander throughout, with a public horse trail on the outskirts, as well as a Feed Store. Reynold’s Ranch will be conveniently located near a Publix shopping center, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. It can be accessed directly off of Jupiter Farms Road.

Before it was designated as Reynold’s Ranch Real Estate, this area in West Jupiter was rumored to be the gangster hideout of Al Capone in the 1920s, where the prestigious mob boss utilized it as a place to relax. In later years, it was also owned by Burt Reynolds, who shot scenes from “Smokey and the Bandit” and “B.L. Stryker” on the grounds.
