One of the most famous seaside towns in south Florida is Delray Beach. It is known for its charm, beautiful beaches, nice locals, amazing shopping and dining and mostly the famous, Atlantic Avenue. Delray Beach is not very big but Atlantic Avenue certainly packs a punch. The hotspot only spans a couple of blocks but boasts 111 restaurants, 52 spas and salons, 49 retail stores, 28 art galleries and 17 resorts and hotels.

Atlantic Avenue is the perfect place to spend day or night. Amongst the daylight hours you can head out with friends and family for a lunch outdoors in the beautiful weather at one of Atlantic Avenue’s hottest restaurants. Or you can walk Atlantic Avenue and sift through its many shops and boutiques. If you are looking for a bit more culture or education to enhance your day, then you must visit one of the many museums and art galleries.  Ocean vistas, soft sandy beaches, warm sun and mild temperatures are what top off a day on the avenue. These are just some of the reasons it most locals and tourists walk over to the beach after a day or shopping and dining.

As the sun sets, the avenue lights up with an effervescent buzz. Downtown Delray Beach is full of award winning restaurants, bars and lounges offering a variety of options for people with any taste and desire.

Delray Beach has been dubbed as a “Sociable City and was recently awarded ‘Best of the Road - Most Fun Small Town in America’ by Rand McNally & USA Today.” If you would like to plan a trip to Downtown Delray Beach “Village By the Sea” or just a day and night out on Atlantic Avenue, please visit:
