Gary Rack’s  Farmhouse Kitchen, 399 SE Mizner Boulevard, Boca Raton recently opened a second location. The Farmhouse Kitchen,  204 East Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach brought seasonal, sustainable and locally sourced dining to Delray Beach.

The Farmhouse Kitchen is a fitting concept for South Florida and both locations are acclaimed as well as well received. The restaurants are acknowledged today after a succession of healthy lifestyle chapters of the proprietor himself.  The visionary, Gary Rack stated “It’s been a dream of mine to open a restaurant with a menu that captivates the better-for-you foods, that leave you happily satisfied while not guilty. Beyond serving good food, we have a mission to provide a lifestyle”.

The ambiance of the indoor/outdoor restaurant on Atlantic Avenue is comforting.  Mason jars, canned in-house, are displayed amid the natural bark wall and reclaimed wood setting.  Mouthwatering entrees such as: bison meatloaf, shrimp street tacos, spaghetti squash casserole, nut and seed chicken, sweet pea-avocado guacamole, zucchini chips, and much more.

Saturdays and Sundays the Farmhouse Kitchen serves brunch combined with lunch menu between 10:30am – 3:00pm.  Icey cold Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and other cold drinks round out the brunch options and make for a pleasant way to start to the day.

Make a reservation for either location through OpenTable and taste for yourself why there is so much “buzz” about Farmhouse Kitchen.
