Ring in the holidays at the Palm Beach Zoo with exotic animals and breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Breakfast is comprised of a delectable buffet along with private animal encounters. Maybe you will be able to determine if the animals have been naughty or nice. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be present for photographs and chats with zoo guests. The Palm Beach Zoo has planned children’s crafts, complimentary carousel rides, and so much more.
Did you know that next to the waterfront in the Palm Beaches, the zoo falls in the top three cultural attractions in Palm Beach County – depending on how you count things? It brings in about 300,000 people a year. The biggest animal draws to the zoo are the three half-grown Malayan cubs.
Residents of North Palm Beach and Tequesta who have visited the zoo know that the Palm Beach Zoo has earned Gold Certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design by the Green Building Council. It is also the Center for Conservation Medicine initiatives here and around the world. In 1981, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Species Survival Plans choose Palm Beach Zoo as a home range. In doing such, provide funding to help educate the public, research, and reintroduction of animals into the wild when appropriate.
Local Jupiter area visitors and residents should not miss this opportunity to have breakfast with Santa. Children will receive a special holiday gift from their animal friends at the zoo. Registration is required and space is limited for the December 22 or December 23 breakfast seating. For more information, visit www.palmbeachzoo.org.
