High Tech Houses that Have it All

If you are looking for a house and want to have one which is high on the high tech side of the equation there are many out there just for you.  Depending on what you are looking for you will have many options but there is one particularly that will absolutely have everything you can possibly imagine.

Courtesy of: Homeintdesign.comIt starts with retractable walls that you can move in and out depending on what size room you want – perfect for that large holiday dinner.  It also features a retractable roof for those nice, star filled nights.  The windows are all automated for opening and closing as are the doors.  All are on remotes and can be accessed through a computer as well.  The windows shades and all other coverings can be adjusted simply by working the remote for the window you desire.

Moving on to outside it has a geothermal HVAC system, which makes it not only high tech, but also very green.  The lighting in the entire yard is automated and computer accessible, and there is a state of the art sound system throughout the entire yard.  The yard has a covering which protects the outside entertainment area which features a television, DVD,  and a seating area.  The pool is geothermal heated and includes a spa that is state of the art, and green as well as modern.   To put a final flair on the yard, there is a one-touch fire pit to enhance the ambiance in the yard at night.

The garage area is completely automated with the garage door, the security system, the rotating shelving for ease of accessibility for the tool you are looking for and the driveway lighting is solar, driven by the sun, again making the house high tech and green.

Back on the inside every appliance is state of the art energy efficient.  The two oven stove allows for multiple meals to be made at once.  The flat top stovetop is a 6 burner unit with a warming area.  The refrigerator is a large state of the art unit with many accessories.   There is a second to none audio/visual room which extends throughout the home with recessed speakers and the overall sound system is, as you might have guessed, accessible both by remote and your computer.

There are not many houses like this one, but if you are lucky enough to be able to afford a house with this much high technology, the only thing you will have to worry about is getting out of bed in the morning to enjoy it.  And even that can be programmed.

Technology has come such a long way, it's amazing really. Personally, I don't know that I would get much use out of two ovens because I don't use the ONE I already have. But it would be pretty amazing to have a few moving walls and a retractable roof!
