This Saturday, December 1 the Hobe Sound Chamber will host the 33rd Annual Christmas Parade from 1pm-2pm.

Christmas Parade will be led by the Martin County Sheriff's Department followed by dignitaries, vintage cars, floats, marchers, trucks, school bands and much, much more.  MC Jeff Otten will keep you aware of who is passing as the parade makes its way north along Dixie Highway, then west on Bridge Road.

Following the Grand Marshal, more than 90 entries will process traveling in every imaginable mode of transportation save sleigh and flying reindeer. Golf carts, go karts, limos, RVs, boats, antique fire trucks, horses, wagons

Attendees will enjoy holiday music by DJ DancenSound and find those one-of-a-kind gifts at the Craft Stroll with local vendors filling the sidewalk. Businesses will remain open with special hours, sales, viewing parties and raffles.

Participating celebrities include District 3 County Commissioner Harold Jenkins, Martin County Sheriff Will Snyder, Smoky the Bear and of course, Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. In addition to the 1,500 parade participants, we’re expecting as many as 5,000 spectators

No matter how much it’s grown since its humble beginnings in 1986, the Hobe Sound Chamber Christmas Parade—like the holiday itself—remains the same in its unique power to unite the entire town together in a spirit of joy, peace and thankfulness.

Don't miss out!  Mark your calendar now and come to beautiful downtown Hobe Sound to start the holiday season in your hometown's family fun day!
