If you have had enough of sunbathing on the warm sand or catching some waves, one beachfront activity you must try is a beach ride on horseback. Horseback riding alongside the ocean is a life-changing experience. Just less than an hour drive from northern Palm Beach County in Hutchinson Island, Florida are the “Tours on Horseback” hosted by the Fredrick Douglass Memorial Park. The tours take place every day (weather permitting) at 10 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm and 3 pm. Each guest will be given a horse to ride for the hour-long tour that winds throughout the park and onto the beautiful beaches of Stuart. The tours are only $45 per person and each guest must be 10 years of age and older.
