Jupiter’s Guanabanas Island Restaurant introduces Food Truck

Jupiter residents have been noticing the latest, state-of-the-art food truck around. Guanabanas Island Restaurant and Bar is now on four wheels. Cruising around the northern end of Palm Beach County, the Guanabanas mobile kitchen is offered for festivals and events in Palm Beach County.
In the United States, the Texas chuck wagon is a pioneer to the modern day food truck. In 1866, a Texas cattle rancher tailored a sturdy old United States Army wagon with interior shelves and drawers. It was stocked with kitchenware, medical supplies, water, dried beans, coffee, cornmeal, bacon, salted pork, beef, and other easy foods, which were easy to preserve.

Currently, Guanabanas food truck has only one steady route. The truck rolls into the Palm Beach Park of Commerce every Wednesdays at lunchtime. The truck is also very busy with catering and brewery events.
