Steak lovers prepare for a delicious new steakhouse heading to Jupiter! Truthfully, not a completely “new” restaurant but a sister steakhouse of the renowned Okeechobee Steakhouse.  Owner Ralph Lewis announced he just signed the lease for the former Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant on the corner of Indiantown Road and Central Boulevard. Lewis plans to open Lewis Steakhouse sometime around November 1, 2021.

Lewis stated “My goal has been to open a restaurant to which I could give some ownership to my longtime employees. I want them to have a retirement and vested interest for their future.” For this steakhouse project, Lewis has partnered with three longtime Okeechobee Steakhouse managers Christina Wishart, Luis Fernandez, and Kyle Blake.  Blake will serve as the general manager.

Initially, Lewis Steakhouse will serve dinner only, as well as offer happy hour specials.  The new eatery will be slightly smaller in size but very similar in spirit to West Palm Beach’s iconic Okeechobee Steakhouse. Lewis Steakhouse will seat 150 patrons, about 40 fewer than Okeechobee Steakhouse.

“Lewis Steakhouse is going to be an upscale, high-end steakhouse. It will have its own look, but it will be a nice look with high-back booths for privacy and a full bar that will have the best happy hour, bang for the buck, in Jupiter,” Lewis says.

The Lewis Steakhouse is expected to open this fall at 6390 West Indiantown Road, in Jupiter.
