A new Peruvian restaurant is opening in downtown Lake Worth called Victoria's Pisco Lounge.

The lounge is actually a third restaurant branching off the local "Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine," with the other two locations being in Lantana

The new restaurant is much anticipated because of how popular Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine is, serving up Peruvian, Latin, and Seafood. Patrons rave over their ceviche, lomo saltado, mixed seafood, and short ribs. The owner says the new spot will be serving up a mix of original plates as well as newer, more modern dishes.

Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine original is rated 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor and ranked #3 out of 46 eateries in Lantana. Here's what some people had to say about it:

"Service staff was professional and accommodating. Food was flavorful, portions were large, presentation was amazing and ambiance was live. The Chaufa de Mariscos blew my mind. Ceviche was fresh and made to perfection."

"The flavors are sensational! The service is excellent. I would recommend you order off the lunch menu, it's extremely affordable and your options are outstanding. You cannot go wrong with this place. Trust me this is some of the best food in town."

The owners say they are excited to open Victoria's Pisco Lounge in Lake Worth because it is an upcoming area with a lot of potential.

The new location will be at 806 Lake Avenue in Lake Worth and opening next month after renovations are done.
