As snow birds head north and tourism slows, the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County is starting a new discount program called MOSAIC, which offers low rates and coupons for local attractions and resorts.

MOSAIC is an acronym for "month of shows, art, ideas, and culture" and will run May 1st-31st. The goal is to encourage residents to visit the area's museums, science centers, galleries, etc. Some coupons include free admission to concerts and performances, 50% off tickets to places like the Kravis Center, and 2-for-1 deals like entry into Mounts Botanical Gardens.

Many resorts are also utilizing the program to fill up rooms during the slower season. Most hotel offers run longer than the month- like a free night at Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa until September or a night at the Chesterfield until December.

There are more than 200 local art and cultural organizations presenting 42,000 special offers. New residents and prospective Palm Beach County homebuyers should especially take advantage of this program to see all the awesome things there are to do in the area.
