The Village of North Palm Beach's motto is “The Best Place to Live Under The Sun”, but why? Besides being voted one the “Best Places to Live in Florida in 2020”, and ranking one of the safest cities in Florida, North Palm Beach has so much to offer in terms of boating, fishing, golfing, and community.

North Palm Beach lines the intracoastal waterway which opens up to a natural island called “Little Munyon” where families boat and camp to relax in the ocean breeze. Just to the south of North Palm Beach is the gorgeous Peanut Island, where locals can pull their boats up to the sandbar or take a ferry to camp and grill on the island itself. Snorkeling is popular in this area, as there are quite a few reefs that host lots of beautiful tropical fish and friendly sea creatures. Right around the corner between Singer Island and Palm Beach Island is the famous Palm Beach Inlet, which is the easternmost point of Florida and the closest point to the Bahamas!

Boaters not only enjoy the outdoors in North Palm Beach, but the convenience of the North Palm Beach Marina, and many waterfront restaurants that make it easy to wine and dine without driving a car. Included in these restaurants is Frigate’s, Waterway Café, Sailfish Marina & Resort, and The River House.

If North Palm Beach wasn’t already an incredible place to live, it is also famed for golf! In fact, North Palm Beach Country Club just spent over $19 million on a brand new clubhouse, golf course, tennis courts, and pool!

624 Inlet Road in North Palm Beach is a boater’s dream house with no HOA and tons of privacy since the backyard faces mangroves instead of the back of someone’s else’s house. This home provides 75 feet of waterfront with a 10,000 lb boat lift and quick access to the Intracoastal and ocean. Call/text Dana Smith at 561-379-5748 for more information!
