Its finally fall in south Florida and the weather is still warm but the air has a crisp and cooler feel. While this beautiful weather is here it is the perfect time to take an adventurous and beautiful hike through the Floridian wilderness with the Firefly Hike in the Pine Glades Natural Area. See the evening come to life with the gentle flicker of fireflies or lightning bugs as they sparkle in the night sky. 

Join the staff at the Environmental Resources Management (ERM) as the sunsets over the surrounding environment. The Firefly Hikes take place on specific days during the fall months so be sure to check the Pine Glades Natural Area’s calendar. The Pine Glades Natural Area is located at 14122 West Indiantown Road, Jupiter Florida. Admission is free for everyone but reservations are required.
