Plant Based Eatery, Rosemary Square, West Palm Beach
Planta, is a vivid, vegan/vegetarian upscale restaurant, guided by globally acclaimed Chef David Lee and much-admired restaurateur Steven Salm. It is scheduled to open at Rosemary Square, 700 South Rosemary Avenue, West Palm Beach in the next coming months of 2020. The Toronto-born concept was named one of the “Top 50 Restaurants for Vegetarians in America” last year. The eatery’s vision is to “celebrate innovative cuisine in a beautiful environment without the use of any animal products.”
Planta was opened with the purpose of creating delicious food that promotes environmental sustainability. Planta intends to satisfy a void in the market of fashionable, plant-based dining options with serious attention to flavor. The proprietors feel a tremendous responsibility to the community and offer a varied, plant-based menu. The responsibility is more than just removing animal-based products off the plate and sustainability, but by incorporating high-quality products from ethical suppliers to their menu. Try the Ahi Watermelon, Crispy Rice, Cauliflower Tots, or Truffle Mac and Cheese.
Following Planta’s success in Toronto and Miami locations, the Rosemary Square location will follow suit and be known for its chic and sophisticated interiors. Planta is a stylish, photogenic, vegan/vegetarian eatery with a diverse tasty menu. It makes an interesting date option or a fun place to bring firends and family.
