Jupiter affords residents a variety of opportunities to live on the water. The area has miles of prime waterfront property. You may, however, be a Jupiter resident who doesn’t live on the water but who still enjoys boating. If that’s you, then here are a couple of places where you can launch your boat.

Waterway Park

Where: 3630 Indiantown Road Jupiter, Florida 33477

Waterway Park is a convenient location to quickly and easily launch your boat. The hours of this park are from sunrise to sunset. Some of the amenities that you can enjoy when utilizing Waterway Park include: 3 boat launching ramps which are free to the public but a boat trailer parking permit is required and they can be purchased for $10 on site.

A kayak and canoe launching site, clean and private restrooms, pier fishing and staging and floating docks that are 40ft each with a boat basin of 170 linear feet.

Burt Reynolds Park

Where: East - 805 U.S. Highway 1, Jupiter, Florida 33477 / West - 800 U.S. Highway 1, Jupiter, Florida 33477

Burt Reynolds Park has long been a favorite boat launching spot for local fisherman and commercial fisherman. The hours for both the east and the west parks are sunrise to sunset. The park offers 24-hour parking, but a daily trailer permit is required which can be purchased for $10 on site. There is also, 24-hour ramp access and parking available, boat trailer and tow vehicle parking permitted (24-hour period maximum). Boaters requiring more extended stay periods must utilize alternate parking location.

Some of the amenities you can enjoy while using Burt Reynolds Parks include both launching ramps and docks, saltwater fishing, horseshoe pits, canoe, kayak and paddle boarding launching beach, picnic areas, children’s play structure, sand volleyball and restrooms.
