Restaurant Recommendations from Locals
Palm Beach Illustrated Magazine and CBS12 News took a poll to see which restaurants Palm Beach County residents suggest.
For the best date night, locals chose Dada in Delray Beach. Dada truly is the perfect date night spot because it's just all-around beautiful. The atmosphere is uplifting yet relaxing and totally romantic. The outdoor patio is surrounded with plants and trees that are wrapped with lights, there are more string lights intertwined with lace sheets overhead, and dim candles line the garden and sit on each table. The food is just as creative as this unique restaurant and you'll be sure to make a good impression on your date. Â
The best waterfront restaurant was given to none other than Guanabanas in Jupiter. Gunanabanas sits on the Loxahatchee River near the Jupiter Inlet and it looks like the type of restaurant you'd visit on a tropical vacation. The umbrella tables line the water and the whole patio is tiki-style, complete with drinks in a coconut.Â
To see and be seen, locals suggest Palm Beach Grill in Palm Beach. It's a high class dinner venue with more of a pricey menu. The food is a twist on American fare and it's absolutely worth the cost. If you feel like being flashy one night, make a reservation at the Palm Beach Grill.Â
City Oyster in Delray Beach was voted the best sushi spot and the Brass Ring Pub in North Palm Beach was voted the best place to grab a burger.Â
Keep these spots in mind the next time you have an occassion or are in the mood for some good food.Â
