Enjoy quality craft beer or a glass of wine while discussing the newest trends in science and technology with a distinguished scientist. The Science on Tap events are one-of-a-kind in Palm Beach County. Part of the “Drink up- get smart” series, the discussions are meant to offer a casual education session and to have fun while learning.
The topic for this meeting is “Power Hour: Get Plugged in to a Smarter Grid,” presented by Eric Schwartz, lead project manager of Smart Grid & Innovation at FPL. Schwartz will give a 30-minute lecture followed by Q&A.
The function will take place at Due South Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach on Thursday, April 13th at 7 p.m.
Admission is free and you’ll want to arrive early to secure a seat and brew.
