“Seussical” at the Maltz Theater in Jupiter

Posted by Brittany Bosher on Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at 1:28pm.

Showing currently at the beloved Maltz Theater in Jupiter, is “Seussical,” a fun and unforgettable performance. Your favorite Seuss characters from the treasured children’s books come to life in a big way.

Some of the interesting Seussical things you will discover at the Seussical include bits and pieces of different Seuss books like “Horton Hears a Who” and “Miss Gertrude McFuzz.”

“See characters like Horton as he hears a funny noise coming from a speck of dust on a clover and commits himself to protecting it and the “Whos” who live on it; meet Jojo, a misfit Who who “doesn’t Think normal Thinks,” struggles to find his place in the tiny Who society; Gertrude McFuzz tries to catch the attention of her love - the kind and compassionate Horton.”

The Seussical and its characters display stories of how these misfit characters find their places in the world. This play is a delight for people of all ages! The show begins at 7:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays at the Maltz Theater located at 1001 E. Indiantown Road, Jupiter.

Tickets to the Seussical cost $25 for adults and $20 for children. For more information, please call the Maltz at 561-575-2223.
