Southeast Florida Scottish Festival

An exceptional Scottish celebration event is happening in Plantation on Saturday, March 5, 2022. The Southeast Florida Scottish Festival and Highland Games are expected to bring exciting athletic events, live entertainment, and a quirky Knobby Knees in Kilts event to Plantation Heritage Park, at 1100 Fig Tree Lane, Plantation. The Scottish American Society of South Florida presents the event.

The impact of Scottish ancestry is deeply seeded in the United States. Many of the founding fathers of our country were of Scottish ancestry. The Scottish people, as well as the Irish, escaped political persecution, poverty, and starvation to travel to the new world. Innovative industrialists, teachers, inventors, entertainers, and naturalists.
