At nearly 1,200 pounds, Georgie is now the largest sea turtle ever found on Juno Beach. The Loggerhead Marine Life Center, located at 14200 U.S. Highway 1, Juno Beach, found her. Loggerhead Marinelife Center is undergoing improvements and a Capital Expansion currently. During this construction phase, they continue to work on rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles will continue, and the animals in our hospital will continue to receive the highest quality care available. Currently, we do not have any sea turtle patients in our hospital.

Florida’s only drive-through safari park is Lion Country Safari located in western Palm Beach County. The safari is located on nearly six hundred acres of land and is home to roughly nine hundred animals. The Lion Country Safari is located at 2003 Lion Country Safari Road in Loxahatchee. The varieties of animals, including lions, rhinoceros, giraffes, and more, that live at Lion Country Safari come from all around the world. The safari is divided into seven different habitats.
