At nearly 1,200 pounds, Georgie is now the largest sea turtle ever found on Juno Beach. The Loggerhead Marine Life Center, located at 14200 U.S. Highway 1, Juno Beach, found her. Loggerhead Marinelife Center is undergoing improvements and a Capital Expansion currently. During this construction phase, they continue to work on rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles will continue, and the animals in our hospital will continue to receive the highest quality care available. Currently, we do not have any sea turtle patients in our hospital.

Loggerhead Marinelife Center, in Juno Beach, will host its 17th Annual TurtleFest on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is anticipated that over 15,000 guests will join at TurtleFest 2022. TurltleFest 2022 is a free-admission event which focuses on promoting ocean conservation through interactive educational exhibits and marine life, as well as music, art, shopping, games, and other family-friendly activities.

Adopt a sea turtle through Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach. They have an “Adopt a Sea Turtle” program. This unique program helps to further research, rehabilitation projects, and the constant attention and medical care for the sick, injured, and endangered sea turtles kept at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a non-profit organization located in Juno. The mission of Loggerhead MarineLife is to help safeguard marine life and to help boost ocean conservation.  55 and Bolder: Health, Wellness, and Science is a 1-hour program offered by Loggerhead MarineLife Center, 14200 U.S. Highway 1, in Juno Beach. The marine life center has collaborated with the medical professionals from St. Mary’s Medical Center, in West Palm Beach. The program is directed towards seniors and covers topics that focus on human health and learning along with sea turtle-related topics.
