One of the awesome things about Florida is how close we are to the Bahamas. From Stuart to the Grand Bahamas is only about 70 miles and from the Palm Beach Inlet just 55 miles. Take a trip down there and stay for the weekend your own yacht, say this 49-foot Gulfstar:

This boat has a cleverly-designed layout that is well-equipped with countless upgrades and offers much more than yachts in its price range, which is why the "Pandora" will be featured in the upcoming Stuart Boat Show next month. Here's a look at the inside:

A fully enclosed, air conditioned aft deck/living room looks just like your one at home. A sofa, coffee table, ottoman, and lamps make up a comfy living space to enjoy a cruise on the Atlantic.

The flybridge is also fully enclosed and air conditioned and pleasantly spacious. It features a large, center-lined helm chair with great visibility and top-of-the-line electronics arranged ergonomically. Behind the helm is an L-shaped seating area for the captain's guests and above that is an extra pilot berth for more storage.

Downstairs, the galley is fully equipped with lots of storage and a spacious wrap-around dinet with a nice, open feeling. With windows along both sides, relish endless ocean views while you prepare fresh-caught fish and while you eat it.

Walk down a few steps forward and you'll find a stacked washer and dryer, extra freezer, bathroom and shower stall, and a stateroom. There's also a walk-in engine room, which is another innovation on the boat putting it ahead of its time.

Ahead of that you'll find rest accommodations including an impressive master, the size of one found on a 60-foot yacht. There is also another ensuite guest stateroom and bathrooms. This boat features expensive stabilizers- $60,000 worth, making it comfortable and steady even in rough seas.

Cruise around in style and comfort in a yacht. Take the it out fishing, dive and snorkel in our clear blue waters, or just head out to sea and float and enjoy the day. There are so many water amenities to enjoy on the Treasure and Palm Beach coasts including our proximity to the Bahama Islands. For more information about this boat and traveling by sea, contact Mark Florman at mark@wfpcc.com and check out our other yacht listings at www.waterfrontyachtbrokerage.com
