Matty's Gelato Factory- Juno Beach
Matty Cairo, the 23-year-old owner of Matty's Gelato Factory uses only real ingredients in his delectable gelato. “When I’m making my sorbets, I’m blending up real fruit," he said in an interview, "I’m using mangoes, not mango flavoring.
