North Miami Beach is an exciting city filled with so many things to do!


Ancient Spanish Monastery
Located in North Miami Beach, Ancient Spanish Monastery is a popular tourist attraction offering tours most days from 10am to 4:30pm and charging $10 per adult and $5 per student and senior. This famous monastery is not only used for weddings but in famous films such as “Rock of Ages,” in which the chapel of the monastery was used as Catherine Zeta-Jones’ dance number. Multiple television shows have used the monastery as setting, as have commercials, and music videos. The Monastery also offers classes throughout the year, including advanced yoga, tour guide certification, and advanced piano.

Lincoln Road Mall

Lincoln Road Mall in North Miami Beach is known to be one of the best people watching malls in South Florida and has been repeatedly compared to the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California. The mall offers both high end and more affordable options, making it very popular. Luxury options include Zara, Mayor’s, Armani, and Pottery Barn, while other options include H&M, Forever 21, American Eagle Outfitters, LUSH, Urban Outfitters, and American Apparel. The entire mall is outdoors on a long strip, and the area is well-kept and clean, with magnificent décor. There are also a variety of different food options from which to choose.

Agua Spa at the Delano

Agua Spa at the Delano is situated on a 3500 square foot private rooftop for guests of the hotel, visitors to the Miami area, and locals looking for a luxurious spa experience. With a focus on revitalizing oneself, including one’s energy and zest for everyday living, Agua Spa offers an immense variety of treatments certain to calm the mind and relax the spirit. Popular treatments include IV supplementation, hyperbaric chambers, cellular therapy, hormone replacements, Botox, laser treatments, and radio frequency treatments. Guests are given comfortable robes and slippers, as well as complimentary fruit, iced tea, and ice water.

Blue Moon Outdoor Center

Blue Moon Outdoor Center started as Full Moon Kayak Company, at which time owner Colleen Guido provided kayak trips under the light of the full moon. Gaining popularity swiftly, Colleen then combined wine tastings with kayak events, in addition to paddles at both sunrise and sunset and kayak outings focusing on team-building. The full moon kayaking is a fun favorite, with about an hour of paddling and then stopping at a private beach with gleaming tiki torches and a raging bonfire, at which point guests are welcome to make s’mores. This trip is popular with both couples and singles, as they are able to meet others who enjoy the intrigue of the full moon and relax in a fun yet romantic setting.

Museum of Contemporary Art

Located in North Miami Beach, the Museum of Contemporary Art is infamous for its exciting and unique exhibits, with a total of 8 to 10 presented annually. Some artists that are represented are Louise Bourgeois, Robert Rauschenberg, David Smith, and Matthew Ritchie. Museum of Contemporary Art also offers a rich variety of educational programs available to the public, including Contemporary Art Boot Camp lectures, 5 Minutes of Fame artists forums, and Arts for All, which is a hands-on art class for adults. There’s also outdoor Jazz at MOCA concerts on the last Friday of each month, as well as Music at MOCA concerts featuring musicians from the Cleveland Orchestra and Florida Grand Opera. Art classes for teens and children are also available.
