Wine Pairing Menu – Palm Beach Meats
Book a sumptuous culinary-cation around the globe on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., with the family-owned, Wagyu beef butcher shop and high-concept culinary pop-up, Palm Beach Meats. Palm Beach Meats is located at 4812 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach just across the bridge from the island of Palm Beach.
Inspired by sun-drenched terroirs and a passion for unadulterated fermented grapes, sommelier Brett Hartt of Pedro’s Fine Wines and Lauren Alexandria of Visual Honey will present guests with a swirl-and-sip quartet of handpicked natural wines along with “fun and funky” wine notes on the evening’s featured varietals. Exquisite, degustation “shnacks” by Clandestine Culinary’s Emerson Frisbie will complement each course, from soft-ripened goat cheese and gulf snapper crudo to fork-tender Japanese wagyu.
