Their normal meetings take place on the last Wednesday of every month but this month with Halloween around the corner they have decided to make it a festivity! Take a glance at the sky this Sunday afternoon for an incredible sight above Miami Beach. A colorful display of kites will fly high at the 23rd Annual Kitetober Fest.

This will be the largest kiting event to happen in Florida. Hundreds of different kites will go up in the air at Haulover Park from 12pm – 5pm. A 100-foot flying squid, a 30-foot flying scuba diver, a 30-foot flying Nemo fish and a 300 square foot parafoil will share the sky with an array of vibrant kites!
