The Clematis By Night Concert series continues this Thursday with Bobby McClendon who, along with his band “the Dirt Road Cartel,” are the total package — great vocals, a unique look and a touch of charisma and charm result in a world-class, energetic live show. The Chabad of West Palm Beach is presenting its annual “Chanukah Family Festival” this Wednesday, December 5. Admissions are free and the event begins at 4:30.

The City of West Palm Beach is happy to celebrate its Jewish residents at the beginning of Hanukkah which stated on December 2 and lasts until December 10.

Hanukkah (aka Chanukah or Ḥanukah) is a Jewish holiday commemorating the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt against the Seleucid Empire. Hello, Dolly! Is coming to the Kravis Center from December 11, 2018 – December 16, 2018.

Hello, Dolly! Is a Broadway musical, first produced in 1964, which follows the story of Dolly Gallagher Levi (a strong-willed matchmaker), as she travels to Yonkers, New York, to find a match for the miserly "well-known unmarried half-a-millionaire" Horace Vandergelder. In doing so she persuades his niece, his niece's intended, and Horace's two clerks to travel to New York City.

Over the years the show has become one of the most enduring musical theatre hits, with four Broadway revivals and international success. It was also made into the 1969 film Hello Dolly! that was nominated for seven Academy Awards and won three.

Palm Beach Roadrunners presents the Classics by the Sea 5K / 10K on Saturday, December 8, 2018. The 10K will begin at 7;30 A.M. The 5K will begin at 7:40 A.M. The event will take place at Carlin Park in Jupiter, Florida.

Carlin Park is a beautiful beach-park in Jupiter that makes for a great place to run. If you live in Palm Beach County, you’re not going to want to miss this race, it’s for a good cause and it’s short enough for even casual runners to participate.
