The City of Boynton Beach offers an exhibit of kinetic art by 17 talented sculptors through the end of 2021. The free display is geared to really “move” you!  You will be in awe of these fascinating mobile works of art. This exhibit is located along 100 East Ocean Avenue in Boynton Beach and includes three permanent, fixed sculptures.   

Pick up your self-guided tour maps available at the City Hall lobby. There is also an outdoor exhibit map in Town Square in Downtown Boynton Beach.  Kinetic art is defined as art, such as sculpture or collection, having mechanical parts which can be set into motion. This is a unique kinetic art experience with indoor and outdoor kinetic artworks, interactive installations, art, technology displays. 

The Boynton Beach Art in Public Places program commissioned the giant kinetic sculpture entitled “Reflections” another is a circle of columns with sound and light entitled “Synesthesia”. Art in Public Places incorporates art into everyday life making Boynton Beach a lively, imaginative seaside community.
