There are a basic 20 to 30 spices that are used in many dishes—cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger, to name a few—and there are an infinite number of ways of using them.

West Palm Beach has some great Indian restaurants, here are a few of our favorites. With all its exotic ingredients, unfamiliar dishes, and tongue-tingling flavors, Indian cuisine can be both exciting and intimidating.

Jupiter’s newest and coolest coffee shop is housed in a 1971 Airstream Safari trailer at 312 Center Street. The little café is run by a local couple who claims to serve the best coffee and lattes in the Palm Beaches.

On the menu are classic coffee drinks and some seasonal favorites, including a mocha latte that ended up on the menu by popular demand. However, these drinks won’t have artificial sweeteners and syrups. The pumpkin latte isn’t like Starbucks’ famous beverage; this one will have a hint of the fall favorite squash and an earthy taste.

The Palm Beach Post notes that, “The Lokomotive showcases another rarity in the coffee shop world: No one is scrolling through a cellphone, and everyone is talking to each other.”
