It’s the holiday season and what better way to get into the holiday spirit than going to see the light displays. From popular neighborhoods all decorated to professional light displays, here are some of the best places to see the holiday lights in Palm Beach County.
Flamingo Park: Many homes in the historic Flamingo Park area in West Palm Beach decorate their homes and lawns with thousands of bright cheerful lights for the holiday. Residents in this neighborhood have been decorating for more than 25 years and compete against each other for the best displays. The neighborhood has become known as “Christmas Street”.
The Heights in Jupiter: Where dozens of homes decorate for the holiday season on multiple streets in this neighborhood off of Donald Ross, close to I-95.
Professional Light Displays:
Hoffman’s Chocolates Winter Wonderland: Hoffman’s Chocolates in Lake Worth have been hosting their annual Winter Wonderland for the past 28 years. The free event features more than 125,000 LED lights, holiday displays, factory tours, chocolate making classes, a giant Christmas tree and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Winter Wonderland is open nightly from 6 pm to 10 pm until December 30th, except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day where it is closed.
Garden of Lights at Mounts Botanical Gardens: The 15 garden areas throughout are decorated in thousands of holiday lights, lighted walkways and even decorated statues. Visitors must purchase tickets and the Gardens of Lights is open now until December 30th form 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm in West Palm Beach.
