The West Palm Beach GreenMarket, 101 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, is celebrating its 27th season. This season the farmers market begins with national recognition. The GreenMarket was named the #1 farmers market in the United States by USA TODAY. It is the only Florida market included in the Top 20!

The 2021-2022 season is the largest GreenMarket in history. There are an added thirty new vendors, raising the total vendor count to 100. The GreenMarket opened almost thirty years ago. The cost of homes has climbed sharply. Palm Beach did NOT make the top ten most expensive zip codes. Southeast Florida is an affordable paradise to call home. The top ten most expensive zip codes in the United States all have median home prices of more than $4 million, according to a report from Property Shark.

Of the 100 top priciest zip codes, 30 have median prices of over $3 million, more than twice the number of areas at that price last year.  The top two are:

Young Friends of Jupiter Beach is back and actively serving the Jupiter community.  On the 3rd Sunday of the month, from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, local are students gather at Ocean Cay Park for Students from local and neighboring high schools are invited to join the group for a beach cleanup. These students are earning volunteer hours for school as well as helping keep Jupiter beaches clean.

These budding, philanthropic environmentalists are becoming the next generation of emerging environmental stewards, preserving Jupiter’s beaches, habitat, and marine life for future generations. Lion Country Safari located in western Palm Beach County is Florida’s only drive through safari.  The safari is located on nearly 600 acres of land and home to roughly 900 animals. The Lion Country Safari is located at 2003 Lion Country Safari Road in Loxahatchee.
