More Palm Beach County residents are expected to spend the St. Patrick’s Day holiday at home. They are not willing to risk their “lucky charms” with excessive exposure in public.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many Palm Beach County residents will stay at home than in past years. According to different estimations only about 9% of the green revelers plan to go to a bar this year compared to 38% in previous years.

A couple giant companies have come up with alternatives to honor the lucky Emerald Isle holiday.

Krispy Kreme is giving away free green glazed doughnuts for those who visit shops wearing green Tuesday and Wednesday. No purchase is necessary, and the treats are available in-store, for pick-up and the drive-thru while supplies last.
