Palm Beach Gardens –  PB Gardens had seven new listing bringing that total to 44 New,  27 Contingent, 17 Pending and 33 Sold.  

Juno Beach – Produced 5 New listings this week with 2 Pending, 1 Contingent and 4 Sold.

Jupiter – Busy again this week, Jupiter had 47 New, 13 Pending, 47 Contingent and 37 Sold!

Tequesta – Showed 8 New, 4 Contingent, 2 Pending and remaining with 12 Sold.

Singer Island – Singer Island produced 3 new listings this week with the hot spot still on Ocean Dr., must be those beautiful ocean views… 

North Palm Beach – 3 listings went Contingent and 3 Sold, with activity equally distributed throughout the North Palm area.

Palm Beach Gardens – Sold 8, bringing the total sales up from 23 to 31 for the week.   Points of interest were the Evergrene and Frenchman’s developments.

Juno Beach - 2 New listings with 2 Pending bringing those totals to 10 New and 3 Pending within week.

Jupiter  – 16 Sold with 6 more going Contingent in this area, bringing totals up to 39 and 37 respectively for the week – Hot!  Jonathan’s Landing seems to be of particular interest as well as Jupiter Farms.

Our initial numbers for date ending 02/27/2010 are in for the following cities:

Singer Island - 10 New listings, 5 Pending, 5 Contingent and 4 Sold.  Palm Beach Shores had 2 pending, 1 new and 1 contingent.  The Resort claimed 3 contingencies and 2 pending.

North Palm Beach - 13 New listings, 1 Pending, 6 Contingent and 3 Sold.  Old Port Cove condos were the hot spot in this area with 6 New listings.

Palm Beach Gardens - 61 New listings, 20 Pending, 38 Contingent and 23 Sold.  San Matera produced 5 contingent with 3 pending. 

Juno Beach - 8 New listings, 1 Pending, 1 Contingent and 1 Sold.  There were 4 new and 1 pending in Ocean Royale.

Jupiter - 54 New listings, 16 Pending, 31 Contingent and 23 Sold.  Jupiter Farms led this area with 7 new…
