Palm Beach County Luxury Real Estate Market Continues To Boom

The South Florida real estate market continues to garner national headlines as business expands into the condo market. For months, million-dillion single family home sales were surging and it seems like that surge has bled into the condo market in Palm Beach County.
According to appraiser Miller Samuel Inc., in the last month, signed contracts for condos worth at least $1 million jumped 300% from a year earlier. Palm Beach County has become a popular escape for the Northeast city residents that are seeking less congested area's during the pandemic. Single-family homes continue to benefit from the influx of new residents, but the boost in the condo market has greatly increased as we head into the winter months up north.

The distinguished "Top 100 Courses" list, released annually by Golf Digest, recently revealed that Juno Beach's Seminole was ranked as the 34th best golf course in the world.
