Most buyers who end up in Tequesta didn’t set out to. They came to look in Jupiter, toured a handful of homes, and then drove a little farther north to catch one more showing. Somewhere past the Loxahatchee the lots got bigger and the streets went quiet, and the question changed from which Jupiter house they wanted to whether Jupiter was the right town at all. That is usually where Tequesta comes in.
It is worth being precise about what “crossing the bridge” actually means, though, because the map is not quite as tidy as the phrase suggests.
