Enjoy an eco-tour through the mangroves within the Intracoastal Waterway at the Lake Worth Lagoon. You will be able to catch a glimpse of the magnificent mansions of Palm Beach! The immensely popular Mangroves and Mansions 2-Hour Kayak Tour is a memorable way to spend the afternoon. The exploration begins on the Downtown West Palm Beach waterfront where a guide will set each guest up with gear. A brief “paddling 101” lesson will precede the journey.

They launch and paddle their way through the South Cove Natural Area, which has man-made, mangrove islands. Along with the guided tour, marine life and wildlife can be spotted along the way including Blue Heron, American Egret, osprey, crab, snook, manatees, and others. Continuing past the Society of the Four Arts beautiful gardens, under the Royal Palm Bridge headed toward Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue with a glimpse of the historic Everglades Club and the Flagler Museum.

The reputation of the tour has made pre-registration is required to participate. The tour is recommended for children over 13 years old, those 12 years or younger must ride with an adult. The price of the ticket includes kayaks, any necessary additional equipment, water, snacks, and a trained tour guide.
