The Feast of Little Italy is celebrating its 15th year in Palm Beach County, featuring authentic Italian foods, music, art, and traditions. The festival has become an annual tradition for generations to come to enjoy the fun while celebrating the Italian heritage.
Gather this weekend, November 3rd through the 5th, for the annual Feast of Little Italy in Downtown Abacoa in Jupiter to support a great cause.
This year, Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti from America’s Got Talent will be heading lining the festival Saturday night. Sal started off as a pizza delivery boy before showing off and sharing his flawless voice to the world. Sal was hosts Heidi Klum’s choice for the Golden Buzzer making it all the way to the final round, and finished 5th in the competition overall.
Valentinetti has been embracing the classics by performing hits from Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra, all while keeping the culture alive for generations. Since being on America’s Got Talent, Sal has been recording his album, which was recently released and has been performing all over the world. Valentinetti is currently working on his second album due out soon, just in time for the holidays.
While walking around the festival you’ll find a series of food vendors serving up some of their favorite authentic Italian dishes. From pizza, pasta, sausage and peppers, pinwheels, to cannoli’s the smell of delicious food is all around you.
Every year local chefs from different restaurants come out and participate in cooking demonstrations for the public to view, and give free cooking lessons along with tastings from Chef Marco Sciortino from the hit tv show Come Dine With Me.
The Italian Festival will also feature attractions for all ages, including bocce ball, carnival rides, live entertainment from local Italian and Italian American artists and more.
