Getting ready to remodel your home? Habitat for Humanity has a “Deconstruction Program” to help.  Donations to Habitat for Humanity ReStores have helped build over 212 new Habitat homes in the Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. Whether you support Habitat for Humanity by shopping or donating to one of the nearly 900 Habitat locations in the U.S. your support helps Habitat provide strong and stable homes to help build strong and stable communities to those in need.  Habitat has been building homes since 1986!

If you are a homeowner planning a remodel, a contractor, or a part of the construction industry, call to schedule a walk-through with one of the deconstruction team members.  All items must be in good condition, approved by the Habitat deconstruction professionals, and be donated to the ReStore location upon removal.

Habitat provides demolition, clean up, and pick-up service of all materials by skilled and dedicated staff.  All work is done by experienced De-construction staff, and you, the donor, will receive a tax donation receipt.  What is the "Deconstruction Program"?  The "Deconstruction Program" is a free service provided by their hard-working deconstruction team. They will carefully remove any household fixtures and items such as, but not limited to, kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathroom vanities, closet sets, toilets, sinks, doors, lighting, fans, and many other items of value during your remodel or tear down of an already existing home.

All proceeds from the sale of donated items support Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County and Habitat’s building efforts.  If interested please contact their donation hotline at (561) 253-2290 or send an email at dispatch@habitatpbc.org.
