Wear a comfy pair of pants to accommodate samples from all of the 20 trucks that gather in one the gourmet food truck invasions in the Palm Beach County area. Thursday,  at the Wellington Amphitheater sample at least five trucks, and enjoy exceptional and intricate dishes served up.  Don’t miss their fantastic food.  

Each Thursday, at the Wellington Amphitheatre, sample delightful food choices.  The trucks vary, by steady vendors remain at the Wellington Amphitheater.

After a brief courtship, two former employees of some of South Florida’s most well respected hotels and restaurants, decided to sidestep their professions and forge a new future together. They spent their wedding account money instead of the nuptials, but to purchase a food truck in April 2016. They named their food truck Virgo Bomb. This food truck is known for their creative sandwiches with an abundance of flavor explosions.

The “Original Greek” introduced his Greek fare, along with the distinguishing Greek blue water painted truck, three years ago. The owner’s connection to street food goes back generations.  His family had successful carts in New York and Cleveland and he learned the business during summers on the street.

Curbside Gourmet moved into West Palm Beach in 2010.  They offer patrons farm fresh, locally sourced meals.  They boast about bridging the gap between fine dining and street food,” The truck has a reputation for using ethical ingredients like grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, locally caught seafood and Florida-grown produce.
