The Hanley Foundation invites you to tee off at the 19th Annual Golf Classic at Admirals Cove, Jupiter on Monday, April 16, 2018. Hanley Foundation’s mission is to offer substance abuse prevention and education programs for parents, caregivers and school-age children. The Hanley Foundation provides financial aid scholarships for patients who could not otherwise afford addiction treatment. The day begins with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start, followed by 18-holes of competitive play. A silent auction will be held during the awards ceremony and luncheon.
The Hanley Foundation was established more than 30 years ago by Mary Jane and Jack Hanley. It is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to give hope to individuals, families and communities affected by substance use disorders. The Foundation provides programming and grant support through advocacy, prevention, education and access to quality addiction treatment. They offer prevention programming to schools, churches and community groups through grant funding provided by the Florida Department of Children and Families, office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. Jan Cairnes, CEO, of the Hanley Foundation states, “With our nation in the midst of the largest opioid crisis in history, now more than ever people are in need of quality treatment. All funds raised at the 19th Annual Hanley Foundation Golf Classic will help provide access to high quality treatment and education to those who otherwise could not afford it.”
Donna and Bob Goldfarb are chairing the unique, invitation only, “Luncheon with the Suits”. Invitations to local business leaders and community partners to attend the awards ceremony luncheon and auction portion of the day at Admirals Cove hope to bring knowledge and further awareness to community business leaders.
This 19th Annual Golf Classic tournament will be a day that brings awareness and resources to those patients and families struggling with the disease of addiction. Tickets are $1,000 per golfer, $4,000 per foursome and $500 for juniors (age 40 and under). To register for the golf tournament and/or inquire about the luncheon, please contact Pam Viscusi at 561-268-2355, email email@example.com or visit the website.
